Spiritual
Uses: The ancient Celts believed that Basil had the power to
cleanse and protect a home from negativity. Sprinkle a little Basil
Tea in each corner of every room.
Add Basil Tea to your
bath to clear yourself of negative influences. Refreshing and stimulating.

Physical
Uses: The traditional uses for Basil generally relate to relieving
problems of the digestive system such as cramps, vomiting, enteritis,
and constipation. It lowers fevers as well.
It has been used in the
past to treat whooping cough because it is an antispasmodic. Helpful
for relieving migraine headaches and it has a mild sedative effect.
Externally, the tea or
oil has been used to clear up acne inflammations and heal other
skin infections.
